We recommend Robnor Resin EL217 or 3M™ Scotchcast™ Flame-Retardant Compound 2131

We recomend the use of a mould spray such as Ambersil PUR 400 or equivalent, depending on the compound used. Although not nessesary, it does make the process and cleanup faster.

If you are using a secondary process such as bonding an additional layer then we recomend using a non-silicone release such as wax.

Where no releases are allowed then we recomend careful mould seperation using plastic pry tools, if nessesary.
